At Rachel & Lucy Manchester, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@rachellucymanchester.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Our support team will provide you with the correct return address
- Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking confirmation
- If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, it will be considered successfully received
- Providing the correct shipping address is the responsibility of the customer
- Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
